Vitality Business Development Parnters was founded in 2023 by Brad Spitz who has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience and has worked for some of the world's most admired companies like Johnson & Johnson Medical and the Mayo Clinic. Brad lives in Kansas City, Missouri with his wife and three boys. In his spare time he is active in coaching youth sports and enjoys spending time at the lake with his family.

He received a double major in Economics and Communications from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and his MBA from Elon University in North Carolina.
